I've been having this problem for quite some time now, and have tried loads of stuff to fix it. Here's what I know:
When I click play on 1.13, it opens as usual, with the Mojang logo and stuff. Then when it seems to jump to the title screen, it simply crashes. The same thing happened 1 month earlier, but I fixed it by updating my graphics driver. This time, nothing will work. Some things I noticed is when I click play and switch to a different window, it will go to the title screen and looks fine, but when I click multiplayer or anything else it seems to glitch out and crash. The crash log seems to tell me from what I know is that it is something to do with Java, not MC itself. I run a Minecraft server and I can't really manage it without being able to play it. Please help!!!

Moderatoruninstall them, then install new ones, simple as that
Okay! Just to be sure, it won't mess anything up or hurt anything, correct?
See this on how to remove and installing Intel drivers: http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/drivers/intel-manual-install/
Download Intel drivers here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/80939/graphics-drivers.html
Yes that worked instantly!!! Thank you so much! Now I can run my server again!!!
