I need help fixing minecraft lag, vanilla minecraft runs at 80-120 fps no problem, but as soon as i install the forge client, it drops to 30-45.
I tried allocating more ram to it but that didn't work either.
It has no mods installed, only forge.( please help)
Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.

You're running forge on the crappy Intel card, set the nvidia card for MC.
