Hey everyone, so awhile back I didn't happen to have any minecraft issues whatsoever until now. The game that i played was 1.12 of course, and i had mods, resource packs and so forth and everything happened to be working fine. After awhile, the launcher began showing up 'not responding' to a feature called 'Java Platform SE Binary'. At first I thought it was a simple issue to i checked the code when i started, no negatives or code errors in the system when it freezes. So i sat back and waited awhile, like 10 minutes, it was still not responding. I figured that I'd set it aside. About a month later, now, I came back to it to try out 1.13 to see how it worked. It still failed, which didn't surprise me. So from there I looked into the code and saw this code line:
Cfi: Setting User Nick_1s_F1ne
So from there I closed out the system and the last red line showed this:
Process crashed with exit code -805306369
So from there my research began, I spent a total of 2 hours trying to figure out how this worked. I reinstalled it, same problem, I reinstalled java, same problem, I reinstalled my card NVIDIA and restarted my computer, still didn't work. I learned that reinstalling the card just messed up my system a little more, multiple helpful systems not being able to downloaded due to an 'unsupported graphics' issue. Now when I played a few other games the game card worked just fine, however Minecraft is still an issue. So I checked forums over and over and i've deleted my mods, most saves and so forth to save up space but I have plenty of space avalible.
ROUTE OF THE ISSUE: I tried installing a Pixelmon mod the day it started doing this and everything went wack and crazy, i had to delete the mod, and ever since that day it's been messed up.
find out where you just installed it (usually it's in C:\Program Files\Java or C:\Program Files(x86)\Java ). you're searching for a file called "javaw.exe"
start the launcher, go to the profiles tab
select the profile you want to edit (in your case 1.13, i guess)
enable "java executable" and set it to the file you found in step two
