this crash is caused by Nether Tweaks. i guess there's some mod adding uranium ore, but no uranium ingot, which causes this crash.
your options are:
- removing nether tweaks
- downgrading to 1.4.4 (might not fix it)
- remove the mod that adds the uranium ore, or add one that has uranium ingots
in the meantime, i created an issue for this crash, but i don't expect much support for the (somewhat obsolete) 1.7.10 version.
