So, I go to Minecraft.net, and click download. I already own the game and I am logged into the website. I click download and the Minecraft Setup Wizard pops up. Once there, there is no option to download. I haven't been able to play the game for months now. No antivirus, perfect internet connection.
IF it works, I cant actually play it, because then a pop up comes up and says its unable to download the native launcher.
I am on the newest version of Java and I am running on windows 10.

I have tried everything, and nothing works. It really makes me mad. EVERYTHING I try doesn't work.
When I 'repair' Minecraft, nothing actually happens, it just puts a blank, empty .Minecraft folder back into my %appdata% folder.
