After searching for a server to try out the new 1.13 java release, I discovered a strange issue where all mobs jerk around, or "move slowly" like they might on a low tick server.
(I've also seen something similar happen after adding a bad mod to my custom 1.12 modpack/server)
I have tried joining at least 6 or 7 different types of servers, including servers with varying population sizes, and servers running different types of plugins, even one pure vanilla server. The problem persists across all of them.
(I will also note that this does not happen in a single player world, or on older minecraft version's servers such as 1.12.2)
I asked other players on these servers and they have the same issue, some of them even thought it was just their server. having tested mobs across multiple servers i can confirm that it must have something to do with the version.
I have not tried a realm, so i am unsure if it would happen there. I am just bothered that i can't get on a public server with properly functioning mobs.
Let me know if anyone has any information on this issue, and weather or not this persists in realms. Thanks!
I have 128 mbps down, and 10 mbps up. I was at my parents place when i discovered the issue but the internet there is still over 100mbps down. Regardless, i tested those servers again just now and the slowness still occurs.
I will reiterate, this does not happen in a single player world, or on older Minecraft version's servers such as 1.12.2
also does this happen only on servers or in single player aswell?
