I recently purchased Minecraft for my boyfriend, and he's been having an issue with it since he's logged in. The launcher loads in fine, and he can press play to go into the menu. However, he can't load up a world. No world, or server, will load in for some reason. We've tried everything we've found online; uninstall/reinstall, restarting his computer, making sure all drivers are up to date, getting the newest version of Java, changing the Java file to run Java.exe, Changing the VBOs on and off, Changing the amount of RAM that can be utilized, etc! I've had him take a look at his events viewer, and send me the error event that occurs when it crashes and this is what came up:

Googling the error code and following along with everything that those pages suggested hasn't worked either, and thus I come to the forums for help. I've not found any other thread or forum that can help, or that have had this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions, or ways to help?
Unfortunately most of the sections there have no correlation to this issue, or have already been attempted (For example, reverting to an older version of Java). Thank you for trying, though!

Did you read the section about incompatible software? You have quite a bunch of those installed, including malware.

Ah, it's been fixed! We found a list of incompatible software and uninstalled PremierOpinion.

then run the 3 pieces of software below to clean your computer:
1. Malwarebytes ADWCleaner is an utility to clean a PC which is infested with malware. Download it here: https://toolslib.net/downloads/finish/1
Run a Scan, Clean anything it finds, restart the computer and come back here for further instructions.
2. Malwarebytes is an anti-malware program that removes malware and potentially unwanted programs from your PC.

After downloading and installing it, run a scan immediately: https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1156
3. CCleaner is a tool to clean up unneeded files on a PC and also includes a windows registry cleaner.
You can download CCleaner from here: https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download/standard
Once done try minecraft, if it still crashes post a new HJT log
