I was trying some games like ROBLOX, CS Portable etc. and the fps were better than in the other laptop, but when I wanted to try minecraft, I was going to a dirty amount of fps, in addition to many white spots that make it look uglier, I have already installed the optifine, I install java 7 and 8 64 bits and I tried each one separately and updated the drivers but still very bad, the optifine configure as minimum as possible, but I have not noticed much change, they have only gone up as 4 fps! please help
I have a friend with a laptop that has an amd c-50 1ghz processor dual-core with 1gb ram, and the average of fps is 30 - 40
amd radeon hd 6250, and on my other laptop runs well, so I do not think my laptop can not run minecraft
here a video with the graphic card running minecraft:
Try disabling all other apps and internet when running it, and decreasing graphic options in-game from fancy to fast or max to minimal. I had similar issues before and those were the only things I could do to fix it.
I play with 2 rendering distance, something strange is that when I change to 8 rendering distance, the fps only go down a little, only go down as 3 or 4 fps
Well, previously I had a laptop with this specs:
mobile intel 4 series express chipset family
2 gb ram
intel pentium t4400 2.20 ghz dual-core
This laptop is damaged, the truth is that I was going in the same conditions and configurations at 40 - 60 fps
After that I bought another one with :
ati radeon x1270
3gb ram
amd turion 64 x2 tl-60 2.00 ghz dual core

Moderatorthat computer is well below the requirements for minecraft, the fact you got the game running at all is impressive https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-java-edition-system-requirements

Moderatorthe issue IS old hardware, there is nothing else that can be done but getting a newer computer that isn't close on 10 years old
And...¿ why in the video it goes up to sometimes exceeding 60 fps, even having worse graphics and worse processor?
I can not access more recent hardware, I live in Venezuela, there is nothing to do in that aspect

I already did it but without any change :,(
What about render distance? My game breaks slowly at anything over 12, so I usually play with 5-8 chunks.
I play with 2 rendering distance, something strange is that when I change to 8 rendering distance, the fps only go down a little, only go down as 3 or 4 fps
Fixed! i just update the drivers with Driver easy, and i get 60 fps+
And the white dots disappear
Thx for help!
