I'm really excited to play 1.13 but sadly I have no internet connection to my PC however I do have a connection to the internet via my tablet and or phone. I downloaded the (I assume) most recent version of Minecraft from the website and attempted to install it, however after the basic installation it says 'unable to download Minecraft, please try again later' which is of course obvious with no connection. Is there a way to install/patch the game without a direct connection to the internet? By downloading more files to get what can't be downloaded directly.
the game requires an internet connection to get all the files needed and to check that you own the game when you first run it, once it has done the initial checks and run once, it will run in 'offline' mode after
