I am running into a problem with my launcher on 1.13.
I ran the update from mojang I can still run 1.12, but when I try running 1.13 I get a missing runtime error.
Unable to locate the Java runtime.
Error details: The system cannot find the path specified
Filename on disk: javaw.exe
Path: C:/Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\1.8.0_25\bin\javaw.exe
Exists: false
I have gone in and looked. the file is there, but each time I run the game, it deletes the folder and renames it with a new number other than _25

Change the launcher settings so it points to an existing Java installation.
