So like an hour ago I downloaded 1.13 and I clicked play which worked, and it came to the white Mojang screen and it just stayed like that for about 10 to 15 minutes and didn't load and eventually said that it wasn't responding. I tried it 3 times and every time it ended the same. I even tried 1.12.2 optifine btw and it worked and loaded. Thanks for any help.
