So everyone knows, this happens with or WITHOUT a "resource" pack.
So say I go into another, area, like the nether, and warp back. All of sudden textures are not there. Chests are invisible, my character model disappears, and also I can't see mobs.
The longer I play or go from area to area, the worse and worse it gets.
Sometimes it gets so bad, that textures look like something from hell.
Turn off NZXT CAM or anything to do with their software. If you are using that software to control RGB on your cooler the RGB profile will remain on your PC even when you switch off the software. Also ensure that NZXT cam does not start up on boot.
If you don't have NZXT CAM there is a good chance another programme that controls RGB or anything to do with the GPU is causing it.

I7-8700K
1080 TI
32Gb of Ram
and Latest version of java 64 bit (181) double checked.
DISCONNECTING does NOT help. ONLY completely exiting the game.
