Hello! I was pretty excited for 1.13, but my excitement was ruined by the fact that my performance has dropped severely. I get a lot of lag spikes and stuttering which makes the gameplay unenjoyable to say the least. I think it's caused by the new borderless fullscreen mode. I heard there is an option to disable it and use the normal fullscreen, but I haven't found it. How is your performance on 1.13? Do you know how to use normal fullscreen?
I think it's normal. My computer is way worst than yours (GT 730 4GB, i think), but the only issue i'm having is when i load or create a new world. I got an incredible amount of lag, but a few seconds later my fps is between 50 and 60 (the normal for my computer). Maybe your computer has some dust inside it? Why don't you open it and, if there's dust, clean it with a paint-brush? As you should know, the dust may cause the malfunction of an eletronic, especcialy in computers and consoles.

It's not dust. I have dust filters on my case and a glass side, so I can see that there isn't much dust. My fps also falls around 50, which shouldn't happen. I have no problems running 1.12.

Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.

You can't really see this on a screenshot, but as soon as I started moving around my mouse and flying, it started stuttering and lagging.
Turn VSYNC off in the Video Options. Worked for me.
