I have two identical laptops, both running with GeForce 960. Works just fine on one, not the other. I go on minecraft, log in and go to create a new world, type in the world name etc and then I click "Create world" but the dirt background just appears and "Building terrain" just loads forever, and I go to close it but then it stops responding. I’ve let this run for over half an hour.
I’ve completely wiped off Java and Minecraft and downloaded all fresh copies. Allocated up to as much as 4GB to Java. Still, no help.
The old, out-dated launcher will open up vanilla Minecraft, but it freezes on Mojang if I try to add mods.
