I need to know if there are extra steps I need to take perhaps, or something.

I feel like I have the required hardware to run them, but Minecraft always runs out of memory!

I have

-NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050TI

-Intel i7-7700HQ @ 3.20 GHz

- 8GB RAM

- 4GB VRAM

If there are other specifications I need to list, please help!

Have you allocated more than 1gb of ram to minecraft? By default, Minecraft has only 1 GB allocated.

I don't think I have. It's been 3 years since I played, so I forget. How do I do this?
