When I open up my launcher and click play, a window will appear like usual and stay on the intro screen, the one that's like a red logo and then a black "Mojang." It just stays like that for a few minutes then I get a small window asking if I want to close program or wait for a response, Ive waited for 30 minutes like 3 times, restarted, etc. Even tried Mojang support but I got a phone number and pretty sure it was either a sham or a really bad employee, no offense Mojang.
Run a scan with AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes to remove any malware found.

There are no crash reports since 6/26/18. It just, I hit launch and it opens a new window, like usual, but it stays as the white screen with the black "MOJANG" and it just stays like that. Then I click it. It says its not responding then a small window from JAVA comes up and it has 2 options, "Close Window" or "Wait for Program to respond" Ive done both multiple times. Im uninstalled and reinstalled, there are no crash reports.
