As far as I can see those mods are for 1.12. There are probably updated versions of those mods available. I would recommend searching up to date versions of those mods for 1.12.2 as this MC version is getting a ton more mods made for. That way it should be easy to add new mods to your existing ones.

I found a backup mods folder with these files:
BiomesoPlenty-1.12-7.0.0.2291-universal.jar
furniture-4.1.5-1.12.jar
jei-1.12-4.7.5.85.jar
Pam's HarvestCraft 1.12.1b.jar
uniquecrops-1.12-0.1.37.jar
Is there a way to copy this folder to the .minecraft folder so that they will be recognized and work?
Or do I have to start over with downloading them and installing them?
