Run the program as Administrator, choose "I accept", then "Do a system scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
i had avg. but it was uninstalled a year ago it still leaves some background services running for chrome because i do go to youtube , and or forums . to just look i never go outside links on my gaming pc i leave that to my craptop.
also on a side note im going to sleep, my normal on times are around 17 hours from this post ~
so im having this issue where :video 402: it seems that i cant connect to any server it's either a io.netty error or a java.net.exception error ,
things i have tried
=============
1 reset router / modem
2 added firewall "was already there " so i did a default and deleted anything related to minecraft and re accepted firewall
3, days of forums scrolling to find out this is still a semi-impossible issue.
4 another bunch of restarting troubleshooting following what everyone says
5 tried various CMD.exe commands found on google.
6 tried deleting everything including appdata relations to java aswell as forcefully reinstalling java
im at a loss , i reallllly dont feel like losing 3 tb + of data to do a computer wipe. so im now here to see if anyone has a fix that i havent tried.

amd fx 6300
32 gigs ram
nvidia gtx 1060
windows 8.1
dont think it's my pc i was playing not even 3 days ago.
and the internet speed is up to par with performance i should be able to join
i stream consistently without frame loss. so i doubt it's that.
