So I've been playing Minecraft since 2012. I have a lot of memories on this game, and I remember even buying realms when it first came out to play with my friends. Recently, I've wanted to visit it again and relive some of my old memories on my old worlds, but I can't, since my Mojang account says I don't own Minecraft, and to buy it. I bought it on minecraft.net, not a third party website, and I can't find any emails with the transaction IDs, only emails from 2012, of me registering my account. Mojang support is no help, honestly. And I've had this happen before, back in 2013, and I had to pay for it AGAIN. and I'm not paying for it again.
Has anyone else had this issue, or have any advice?
Mojang support are the ONLY people who can help with account issues, speak to them about the issues you have finding your transaction ID and they will work with you to verify your purchase in a different way if they can.
No one here can do anything apart from directing you to Mojang
I hope you can find the right support person at Mojang. Everything is automated, so it's is quite difficulty and time-consuming to find a real person who is able to resolve the issue.
