Hello, this is my first post and is an issue I would really like to resolve if possible. I recently made a world that had been going just fine until a few days ago, and I changed my Minecraft name recently too (which i believe to be part of the issue as i can no longer use commands without opening to LAN). Now each time i open the world, my previous inventory gets replaced with the same items i can only assume are what i had before the name change, regardless if i place the items in a chest and have nothing in the inventory (essentially an endless duplication of the set of armor and tools i had on at the time). Is there any way to fix this issue? It is getting very old having to completely empty my inventory before exiting the world each time in order for the items to not be lost forever. I have forge 14.23.4.2708 with the latest optifine and xaero's minimap, the only other mod i have is the twilight forest but i have yet to even enter that dimension yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance
I've tried deleting the playerdata file yesterday actually, it reset me to initial spawn for the world but as soon as i saved and exited it loaded me just as it has been
It get your latest.log
Press the Windows Key + R
type %appdata%
If you see a folder called Roaming, enter it, if not, skip this step
If you see a folder named .minecraft, enter it
Enter the logs folder
copy ALL the contents of latest.log
paste it into http://paste.ubuntu.com/

Try removing playerdata folder inside tho world folder. I didn´t try it, but I guess it will also bring you to spawn, maybe even erase achievements.

Honestly i'm not very sure on that one, because it loads your playerdata by your UUID, not username. can we get the latest.log file?

I happened to notice at the end of that log that it mentions my old username, which I find odd
