Big issue with my framerate when using Sildur's Vibrant shaderpack.
With medium shaderpack, my frames are dropping below 55, without any shaders, framerate never goes below 100!?
How can I get more frames with shaders on?
look at my screenshots you will notice that I have more allocated memory on the top right when shaders are disabled. Does that have anything to do with framerate?

i5 2500 3.3
gtx 1060 3gb
10gb ram
Using any kind of shaders mod in Minecraft requires more resources to be used. Its just how it works. Either beef up your PC or deal with 55 FPS.
You could also try toying around with the optifine settings
