On 6/21/18, when I tried to load the minecraft launcher, it began automatically updating. I latter found out it was installing launcher version 2.1.1143. Partway through the download, it gave the errors below. Now, whenever I try to load the launcher, it immediately gives these errors (both via the normal launcher and twitch modpacks). If anyone knows what could be causing this, please help! (I have confirmed that both of these files already exist on my computer, and I tried repairing the launcher using the installer)
