So, I was playing in my single player world filled with 53 mods and I suddenly fell into a not-loaded Chunk and the game crashed. For some strange reason, the game crashes every time I try joining the world now! I`m playing in 1.7.10, if anyone can help, please do, I have built so much!

Looks like a corrupted world. Did you make a back-up of it?
You can also try to delete the corrupted chunk you were in using mcedit I guess.
