Good news! I messsed with a lot of computer stuff and found out a program that forces the computer to use its own default driver.(The one the formatter put) Deleted it, got a fresh new driver for my not-so-fresh computer and boom it worked. I guess thanks guys lol. (Also if anyone needs help feel free to ask i will try to guide you.)
Even with working drivers the computer is below the requirements for Minecraft and is going to run the game badly.

That computer is too old for Minecraft.
Have you tried an older version of the game? Also what launcher are you using?
Im using the official one. Also i know the computer is too old but can we just do something about it?

you will have to update your GPU most likely then.
New computer time, yours is about 10 years old.
How do i check my GPU and if so is there a link to the updates?
