I've been trying to play the 1.13 pre-release with my friends on a server they started up. Everyone except me can run the 1.13 snapshots. I've done everything from updating Java, uninstalling and reinstalling Java and Minecraft, to trying to change settings in Geforce Experience but nothing works. I got it working once today by manually installing the snapshot but it only worked for about 20 minutes before it stopped working. I tried manually installing it again but it didn't work.

Stick to full releases or report the bug to Mojang.
