Windows 10 Update has overwritten your drivers with obsolete ones.
Unfortunately, your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade back to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
But even running windows 7 the computer is below the requirements for minecraft so may not run or will run badly.

It was working , it just suddenly stopped working

I fixed the problem all I had to do is install and older version of java thanks for the help guys
