Running Minecraft Java on Windows 10, and I am using the old launcher, becasue when I try to download the new launcher, it just re-installs the old launcher. It shows the Mojang screen for 5 seconds, then shows me the crash report, which always ends with this:
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
Anyone have any ideas? Been trying to find an answer on this for days.
I think a full crash log may help, although I'm very curious to know why the new launcher re-installs the old one..
Thought Mojang was trying to come away from the old launcher
You also say it shows the mojang screen for 5 secs which would seem to indicate the game is actually trying to load with the older launcher but something else is causing the game to crash
