minecraft freezes for a second everytime I right click.

Every time I log into a new game/server I have to left click multiple times (about 5 times) wish will couse a sequences of five freezes that last only a second then I can use left click just fine, this has been happening after I installed a mouse manager and it has been happening ever since but only with mine craft, other applications work just fine. PLEASE HELP

also I uninstalled the manager already
