So, hello dear forumers!
The problem is in the "broken frames" (i mean that top of my screen updates slower than bottom) when i have 200+ fps... It happened to me after latest Windows 10 Update. I've reinstalled GPU and mouse drivers. I don't know what to do and how to fix this
You Got 2 really good suggestions and i would recommend you try those first. But if neither of them work you should probably go back to the old update of windows.

reverting a windows update is the LAST thing that should be suggested
In fact i had the same issue the other day and i went back to the older version just because i have never had issues with this version before. Why fix something if it aint broke.

Enable Vsync
Also, are you sure Minecraft is running off of your GPU and not iGPU? Post a screenshot with the F3 UI opened here.

Thats why i said it should be what he trys last.
