Hello there. I am trying to play Minecraft on my government education PC, but I am being unable to enter a world.

When I create a world, it gets stuck at "Creating World" for about ten minutes, and then I get back to the main menu.

Same happens when entering, but it says "Loading World" instead.

Here's a picture of the Computer:

I will leave some technical details below.

Minecraft Details:

• Version: 1.7.10
• Modloader: Forge
• Mods: Optifine
• Launcher: MultiMC

Computer Details:

• OS: Linux Mint XCFE 32 Bit
• RAM: 2 Gb
• Processor: Intel Atom
• Disk: About 250 Gb (I think)
• It's a "conectar igualdad" computer, don't know if that's relevant thought

I see... Is there any way to optimize it?

I have seen people playing it on devices with much less RAM

Maybe some tweaks and/or mods may do the trick?

Ultimately though, computer upgrade definitely overdue!!!

I see... Guess I'll have to get a better PC.

Playing older versions may work, but it wouldn't be the same.

Guess I'll keep playing GBA games until I get the money to afford a new one
