Hi, I can´t connect to any server except Hypixel, I think they use diferent port than the default (25565).
I can ping servers, but when I join, I get kicked with these errors:
[proxy] lost connection to server
NativeIoException : syscall:read(...) failed: Connection reset by peer @ io.netty.channel.unix.FileDescriptor:-1
My Minecraft installation is all right. I have all updated (Windows, Java)
My wifi is old (sometimes internet doesn´t work, but such think never happened) Could hard reset help??
Internet is working fine, it´s just mc multiplayer that´s not woking
It´s all versions, vanilla/forge, 1.8.9, 1.12, ..., ...
Internet connection is like this: neighbours > they have "box1" (Nanostation5) that is talking to "box2" on a hill (wireless transition) > "box2" is talking to "box3" on our house > our wifi (pc is connected by cable). We have the same IP as our neighbours.

This problem accured out of nowhere, I also asked ISP if they are blocking port 25565, the aren´t blocking any.
Please help me with this, I am having this problem for a really long time now. Thanks, have a nice day!
reinstalling the game or having forge is nothing to do with the issue, the issue is the convoluted connection, something along the line down the hill is the issue, not the game itself

for one your using forge 2 maby try refreshing the page
