If anyone can help me on this issue that'd be great, I have a really powerful computer running this modpack with an average 600-800 FPS but for some reason this modpack keeps freezing every 3-5 seconds which makes the modpack unplayable.
PC Specs:
Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
RAM
16 GB
Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 16299), 64-bit
It keeps dropping down to 0, then sky rockets to around 700 FPS. Honestly this is confusing, first time this ever happened in a MC modpack. Much help would be appreciated, thanks.
Jesus Christ... Why does it need so much ram. Usually modpacks run fine with 4gb, well the most modpacks I've played especially really big ones. This is a first for me finding a modpack that actually requires 6-8gb of ram. I honestly never thought it was an issue with my ram allocation, thank you much! ^-^

Post a screenshot with F3 enabled and your JVM arguments.

You're running out of RAM, try allocating more.
