Uninstalling, Reinstalling, Uninstalling antivirus, trying different launchers from the Official two... (GG Mine Your Mind acctually works... but i want other modpacks.)
I've used Twitch(which uses the official), MYM(Worked), FTB(old), Technic, Official, Official Legacy, and the only one that will work is the MYM.
Im pretty sure their all running into the same error:

Run the program as Administrator, choose "I accept", then "Do a scan and save a log file". After a while a text file will open. Copy everything, put the log on https://paste.ubuntu.com and give us the link.
As a side note, I cant load the page it wants me to go to.
not in a browser I mean. (Another computer on another internet has be able to launch Minecraft sooo its MY computer or my internet that is the problem)

I Havent un/re-installed Java. does the *new* launcher allways use it indepently or if java is on the system does it have that as priority?
Edit 1:Sys Java is 8.

I uninstalled any antivirus i could find(and the other things on that list).
It did not help.
edit; i just tried launching just to make sure.
Same results.
