So I have Minecraft and created my custom profile in Twitch and vanilla Minecraft runs fine. The problem is, I can't install any mods at all! When I click on the install button, nothing happens. I've tried running Twitch as administrator, Java is using most recent, set on Jar Launcher. If you guys could help at all that'd be greatly appreciated! My computer specs should be fine as well. I am running everything on a MacBook Pro (15-in 2017).
So, I've tried to manually install the modpacks instead and everything seems fine up until it crashes for no reason. I think the reason is because of the zerocore file but am unsure. So this could be a solution for others experiencing the Twitch problem.
Could you inform me of the steps you took to get the game running at least would like to test if my outcome is any different and maybe the modpack you tried to install.

Yup! So firstly I downloaded Twitch and clicked on Minecraft. I installed the game as it prompted, and then clicked "Create Custom Profile". I created the file, named it, chose version 12.2.2 and the latest version of forge. I then ran the game to make sure it had the mods option in game. After doing so, I closed the game and proceeded to search for the modpack "All The Mods 3". This is where the problem occurs. I clicked the install button and nothing happens.
After doing more research people have said it was a problem with the curse/forge side and they are still working on fixing this issue. So hopefully it is not just me having this problem.
Guys!!!! I found the solution on my end! Just restart your computer. I don't know why I didn't think of doing that first, but it works. Let me know if you guys have any problems still occuring after restarting your computers. Best of Luck!

The game still crashes on startup though. That's the new problem. :/

Curse PremiumWhat version of Java is installed? You'll probably need Java 8.

I am using the latest Java version 1.8.0.
