I'll start by saying I've literally tried everything I could.
I've read on basically every forum, I've deleted my .minecraft folder, I've updated my RX480 to the latest drivers, I've turned off UAC, turned off Avast, completely deleted java 8 and reinstalled, and probably other stuff that I don't remember atm,
What happens is the game will not start and show "GAME CRASH" after pressing play, or just crash to desktop entirely.
if i enable "Open output log" it will either crash the launcher entirely or just show "Waiting for log output".
I've tried to change the java location to the jre1.8.0_171 java.exe but that does not make a difference.
The specs on this PC are an i5-4690k , 8GB ram, and a 4GB Rx480, Windows 10.
Here's the crash log from launcher_log in the .minecraft folder if that helps. I really don't know what to do.

Having exclamation marks or other special characters in your Windows username can break Java, which in turn breaks Minecraft. To fix this issue, either create a new Windows account without any special characters (only A-Z and 0-9), or change the working directory of the launcher.

Having special characters in your windows username, or an exclamation mark at the end, breaks Java's ability to work with files needed for Minecraft.

Ok thanks! That's exactly what it is. Now I've just gotta find a way to make a new user account and keep all my stuff the same way it is.
