like the title says I am having trouble with my world and getting the dragon to respawn with the crystals.
Also a friend of mine said to go into creative and break the portal pieces(space looking stuff in the end) and that would fix it but no it didn't =(
So now I'm stuck in the end and without a portal or a dragon Please Help.
Press Escape on your keyboard, then click on open to lan. Press okay after that (making sure to set allow cheats to true/on/whatever turns em on). Then enter chat and type /gamerule keepInventory true, which will set it to keep your inventory on death. Then just jump into the void. You'll die and respawn in the overworld.
Also, to respawn the dragon, the egg must be on the bedrock portal. I don't think the actual portal blocks need to be there.

Is there a way to give myself the item for the portal space looking stuff?
No, but you can use /setblock to set the blocks inside the bedrock frame to portal blocks (id minecraft:end_portal). You'd just need the coords of each point in the portal.
