I have ran into a bit of a problem in the latest snapshot and I believe my world is just a tad bit corrupted. Loading the most recent backup doesn't fix all the problems, so since I am not too far in this world I decided to just start a new world, same seed and everything, but I don't want to rebuild my base from scratch. Is there an easy way to, for example, save the chunks that my house is on a plop it down in the same spot in the new world? What would be the easiest way to do this? Worst case scenario I just rebuild the base in creative mode, but I would prefer an easier solution.

The line between fantasy and reality is more tenuous than one would think. There is not much difference between the two, only what is and what could be. To be able to completely tell the two apart is an impossibility, a work of fantasy, and any fantasy is merely a possibility, where the impossible becomes possible.

On easy way are use MC-EDIT and copy Past u base in a new world.
But first i sugest to use Minecraft-region-fixer to look and maybe fix the problems with u world.
