Can somebody help me I'm am trying to run minecraft forge 1.12.2 -14.23.3.2655 and I can load a world but as soon as I spawn in it crashes. I would appreciate the help. I also have removed all the mods from the mod folder and the issue continues.
I also know additional information might be needed just please let me know and I will do my best to provide it.

a crash report will be needed, it's in your .minecraft -> crash-report and take the latest
I don't see what file you are specifying do you mean latest in logs?
Crash reports are found in the crash-reports folder under the .minecraft folder.

I don't see a crash report folder in %appdata% roaming/.minecraft folder could it be because windows force shuts it down
