I have installed forge and optifine correctly and on the latest versions (1.12.2). The pack I'm trying to install is SEUS 1.0.0. I put the shader into the shaderpacks folder, but when I go in-game to enable it, it isn't listed. This seems to be a problem that only I have, and I've triple checked that I executed all the steps correctly. I've tried using different packs, running on different minecraft versions, all to no avail. It's kind of hard to troubleshoot when it's not giving me any kind of output to look at. If it's relevant, I'm running a GTX 1080 with a i5 8600k and 16gb RAM. Brand new PC as well. Can't see my PC itself being any kind of issue.
I just want to play this game after several years with cool shaders, man!

make sure you've uncompressed the shader. from a zip, to .fsh and .vsh
and also, put old lightning to default
It's all extracted, and old lighting is off. I also tried toggling it on and back off again but that didn't work either.
