Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.

Your using some very old hardware. Even if you could get it running, it would not be playable. Your best option is to get a Q6600 or Q9650 on ebay and get a GT 1030.

The best option is to get a GT 1030/Q6600 (keep in mind the higher TDP that a Q6600 would bring). If you want to downgrade, make a CD or USB Flash Drive with Windows 7 on it, and put it in your computer and do a fresh install
a Q6600 would very likely be compatible. I would advise getting a better cooler after getting this though since that CPU will produce much more heat. Also, get a GT 1030 GDDR5, which should provide ample graphics power for minecraft.

don't spend the money just on the latest GPU, your CPU is below requirements, and i doubt the power supply in the old computer can handle the newer GPU, just get a whole new computer as you will need to upgrade most parts
I can't access MC on my Windows 10 computer. I have never been able to access it, but I would like to. Thanks!

Would I need both? GT 1030 GDDR5 is $100.

even the PSU in this should be able to handle a GT 1030. It's a very power efficient graphics card.
