I searched the forum and couldn't find anything that addresses this issue, so apologies if this has already been talked about.
When the last few and current 1.13 snapshots, the mouse wheel doesn't work right. There are 2 main issues. 1) when I scroll the mouse wheel to choose an item in my hotbar, it is semi-unresponsive. 2) when I hold shift to crouch, the mouse wheel stops working altogether. 1.13 is the only version that has caused these problems. Going back to 1.12 makes the issue disappear.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem, and if so, if they found a fix for it.
