You're gonna need to buy a different keyboard because what is happening is your keyboard will not register two certain keys at the same time. In my case, it is the left arrow and space, and shift and C. In your case it appears to be C and either S or D, maybe both. You might not be able to press all three of those keys at the same time.
You need to either reset to the default controls, and get used to them, or you need to buy a different keyboard that doesn't have this limitation (I have no idea how to tell whether it has a limitation or not) Usually, it seems to be the cheaper keyboards under $15 that do this the most, from my experience. I am not saying you should get a gaming keyboard, because honestly, I find it silly to spend $30-50 on something that does the same thing as a $15-20 keyboard. Same thing goes with computer mice. Gaming PC's are a different story, but now I'm just getting carried away...
So, as my main shift key, I use C. Whenever I do S/D together while holding C, it will not go anywhere or it will move one direction.
I change it to like Left Control, and Left Shift, and it fixes it.
Is there a way I make my Minecraft use my controls the way I want it to and have it proper?
Also, no conflicting controls, no red characters anywhere.
this is most likely a limitation of your physical keyboard and not minecraft's fault. see the first response here
