I am wondering if anyone would have any clue what mod or mods would be effecting chicken feathers like this... Is this bad for server optimization causing lag and memory usage?
Mod pack so that people can help me identify the issue. https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/bomm-pack I have also figured out that for whatever reason I can not summon chickens. May be the same mod causing this issue?
To replicate load the mod pack which will take 5-8GB of memory, load a new single player world and find chickens. They should be spewing out chicken feathers absurdly.

Whatever mod changes chickens to shed feathers (Animania, Quark, etc.) may have a bug. Try pulling those kinds of mods out and it should cease.

Thought it was v-tweaks... nope
Still no luck finding the mod 2nd to last bug to find before i release my mod pack.quite a big mod pack unsure how to get a list of mods if needed.
you have not posted which mods are in your mod pack
you have not told us what version of minecraft this is
you have given us no information on how this happens or how to reproduce it.
