It looks like your game didn't update after April First.
I would try this: 1. Go to your minecraft directory (On Windows, you go to the start menu, and search %appdata%, and hit enter.
2. click .minecraft
3. click versions
4. delete the version which you are trying to log into. This is probably 1.12.2
5. log into your minecraft and launch your game. The launcher will automatically replace that folder you deleted, which contains all the features of 1.12.2, which means it might take slightly longer to launch than normal.
6. hopefully the textures are normal again!
If that doesn't work, I would try installing a resource pack. Use either Faithful or the 1.13 WIP textures, both of which are really good in my opinion
If that doesn't work, backup your saves folder and reinstall Minecraft from scratch.

My Minecraft still looks like the Aprill fools pack, I really hate it, can someone help me get it back to normal?
