Hi everyone. Hoping against hope that someone has had the same issue that I have had and knows the solution.
To start, my computer specs are as follows:

I run a GeForce GTX 970 and my drivers were updated last week.
Ok now heres the little twist: when I bought this computer I also bought a duplicate one for my mom. They are identical systems.
I can run minecraft without any issues. She cannot. On her computer minecraft runs with a choppy, low framerate to the point where its unplayable. Eventually, it crashes. I will post the latest error report from her PC:

I've tried everything I can think of including adding commands to the startup string under setting to change the amount of memory allocated to minecraft, uninstalling and reinstalling Java as well as minecraft. About the only thing I haven't done is a system restore.
I was hoping someone might be able to identify the problem before I take that step.
Thank you so much in advance for any advice.
P.S.: No version of Minecraft will work for her. They all fail in one way or another. She runs no mods at all.
You have -Xmx256M in the _JAVA_OPTIONS variable in your environment settings, To remedy this,
Press the Windows key and the Pause/Break key simultaneously
A window should popup, click on "Advanced system settings"
Click on "Environment Variables"
Delete the _JAVA_OPTIONS entry.
Also, -Xmx8G is too much for unmodified Minecraft try -Xmx2G or -Xmx4G.
