From what I understand, this happens when Minecraft is running, even if nothing else is, correct?
I can think of 2 reasons this may be happening.
1. You have too much RAM dedicated to Minecraft. It looks like you have 16 GB of RAM installed into your computer, so you should have between 2-8. I recommend 4 at the max, 2 at the min. It is set to 1 by default. If you don't know how to dedicate more RAM to Minecraft, this is probably not the case (I would check it out anyway, there are plenty of tutorials on Youtube)
2. You have malware. This can slow down your PC a lot. Malware can be downloaded by you downloading a fake version of a program, or by you simply clicking on a certain ad, or it can even be downloading without you even knowing anything is being downloaded. If you've been at this a year, then I assume you would have tried installing an anti-virus by now. Maybe you even restored your PC. If not, try doing one of those things.
I can't think of any other reason that would be happening. Hopefully those things help.
i have 64 bit java, my pc is one of the best, and apparently it is a Memory Leak, but i have no idea how to fix this.
i have also reset (wiped) my computer multiple times, and i also uninstalled my avg antivirus, and that helped for about 2 days, and then it broke again.
Minecraft is breaking my Awesome Gaming PC, I have restarted, rebooted and wiped my PC, but the following still happen, with printscreens too:
1. Minecraft now loads VERY slowly.
2. My ram usage sky-rockets up to about 95% when I try to load a Unmodified game in the normal launcher, or modded through MultiMC, or Twitch.
3. When this happens, I can barely <tab> through windows on my PC.
4. Have googled it, and my Dad will not help with PC stuff, as said in our agreement/contract for me getting this PC.
5. On top of that, my PC is mouse-lagged a TON.
6 is a question:
6. Is this Twitch doing this to my PC?
7. This happens in ANY version of Minecraft, from 1.0.0-16w14b.
Been looking for an answer for actually 1 year now, please help.
This even happens when NOTHING is running.
and hopefully this is in the right forum category.
And thank you to anyone who replies to help.:DH:
One More Thing:
