I have been having a almost unsolvable issue every time I go into minecraft. I load up my minecraft normally, i go to multiplayer, and all of the servers have the same black and white default picture and none of them are working, When I click on them the same error that says';

I have been trying to find this problem on youtube but nobody seems to have this... please help!! I have a Windows 10 laptop and tried uninstalling and restalling but it wont work either,,
