Edit: I found the solution: I dual booted (loaded windows 7 while keeping windows 10), so now I can keep new and shiny windows 10 while still being able to run Minecraft!

I bought a new (new for me, definitely not the latest and greatest) laptop computer and it could not run Minecraft because of this pixel format not accelerated error that appears on all launchers.
I have already downgraded java to 8.51 or something, I disconnected my mouse and USB connections, I looked up a thousand things online and I need help pls. I have also tried to do all the things on http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/pixel-format-not-accelerated/ and they did not work. My intel drivers are up to date and everything.
What can I do to make Minecraft run properly. (not having to buy a new PC would be nice)
Attached Image: systemrequirementslab.com said I have to buy a whole lot of gizmos, but I have a warranty void if removed sticker over that I would not especially like to remove unless I am sure that I will be able to run Minecraft and won't have to return or resell my computer. Plus the stuffs that website says I have to buy probably cost more than my PC.
Sorry I meant new for me. (new as in it is windows 10 and I bought it a few days ago.) I think that Minecraft is able to run on my computer if I press enough buttons and stuff. I just need to find what buttons to press. Also this guy on youtube could run Minecraft pretty well somehow with a Core Duo 2 thingy so maybe I can as well.
if you are getting the 'pixel format not accelerated' error, it means your pc's hardware is not fully compatible with windows 10. a simple search can tell you that. the only solutions are to either downgrade to a compatible version of windows or to upgrade to windows 10 compatible hardware.

1. Who told you a 9 year old computer is "new"?
2. If you want to know if a computer meets the requirements you use the official sources, not a 3rd party scammer website. Your computer is too old for Minecraft https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-system-requirements
