Ok so I've been having problems with every mod pack I've played on this computer. So far I've played Project Ozone 2, Skyfactory 3, and now Universal Interdimensional Escape. Each had their own problems and I had to quit playing them. But one thing they all have in common, after playing them for a few weeks my fps drops to unplayable levels 0-20 and stays that way and i cant find a way to fix it. There is no reason for it that I can find either, just one day I go to play the pack and I've got bad fps suddenly .So I have to spend hours searching the webs for a solution and try a million things and end up with no solution. This time however I've only been playing it for a week and there is not any crash reports either. The first issue I had was while flying around looking for Thaumcraft nodes (its skyblock) At somepoint after looking for awhile chunks stop loading in i cant teleport home using Journeymap and when I save and quit it does go to the dirt screen saying saving and exiting but it freezes there and I have to task manager Force close it with no crash report. This happens every time I go looking for nodes. However today when I had the same problem while looking for villages after rebooting my fps is very low and after resetting and messing with the optifine settings I can not get it back up past 30-40 fps while paused afer unpausing im at 0-10. I need help I dont want to quit another mod pack. I have tried all kinds of things to fix it.

Windows 10
AMD A6-5400K Apu with Radeon Hd Graphics 3.60 Ghz
8gb Ram
64bit operating system (64 bit java updated)
Allocated 5 gb Ram to minecraft also using twitch launcher
My CPU while playing is between 80-100% and the Gpu is near 20% and barely fluctuates. I cannot run chrome while playing lags minecraft out bad. I can however play on hypixel and have chrome open with no problems. But hypixel is 1.10.2 and this pack is 1.7.10
