I bought the game to play a modded version called awakening with some friends, but the game won't work on my computer. It took hours to download and the client keeps freezing, after it finally downloaded it crashed as soon as I got into the game. I would like to request a refund, but the site said I had to report here first? Idk this was my understanding of it.
